Module 3, first response on 5th September 2024 from 7.30pm to 9.30pm delivered using Zoom

First response is an ideal introduction to first aid for all volunteers.  There are 6 hours of taught training and one e-learning module which has to be completed.  There are 3 modules to be completed (module 1 focusses on CPR and is always face to face; modules 2 and 3 are usually delivered by zoom so that we can accommodate larger numbers of people and allow a more flexible approach to when you attend the sessions.  We sometimes deliver full 6 hour courses but this is more difficult to accommodate as we can deliver to fewer people.

Anyone aged 14 – 18 can do first response but they need to have a permission form for each session they attend.  If you are aged 14 – 18 you also need to contact Girlguiding UK to be allowed onto the Learning platform to complete the e-learning.
